The Coaching Process
    Our proven process for coaching individuals on Executive Presence has been researched and developed over a 20 year period. While other coaching approaches are open-ended, our process utilizes a leadership model based on empirical evidence that includes traits, behaviors, and actions or highly effective corporate leaders. Our guided approach provides a blueprint that executives find helpful in improving leadership performance, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and advancing their career goals. The process includes three development phases.

    1. Discovery Phase
  • Orientation/goal setting session with client and sponsor
  • Executive assessment which includes our Executive Presence 360 Degree Survey plus other leadership assessment tools.
  • Extensive background and experience review and analysis
  • Presentations to applicable stakeholders

2. Planning Phase

  • Executive Development Report including findings and comparative analysis utilizing our model, Executive Presence, of highly effective leaders/
  • Oral feedback, discussion, conclusions and recommendations
  • Client reflection and response
  • Personal Development Plan including strategies and objectives
  • Materials to support client objectives

3. Coaching Phase

  • Monthly coaching meetings to discuss development issues
  • Periodic feedback on results
  • Conference calls to review progress
  • At least one support activity each month
  • On call coaching service, available seven days a week
  • Reading/learning materials to support development
